My Story
The pressure didn’t arrive overnight — it built quietly. One project, one responsibility, one expectation at a time, until I was living on autopilot. I was performing, achieving, keeping everything moving, but somewhere along the way I stopped feeling. I was surviving, not living.
Through my Co-Active training, I learned to slow down, to listen again — not just to others, but more importantly to myself. I started noticing the emotions I had long pushed aside, the patterns I had been repeating, and the parts of me that were asking to be heard.
It reshaped how I lead, how I parent, how I love. It showed me that vulnerability isn’t weakness, that calm isn’t passivity, and that clarity doesn’t come from control, but from presence.
Today, as a coach, I hold that same space for others — not to fix or advise, but to help them learn to be present as I learned to be present. Because when we truly allow ourselves to be here, everything else begins to align.
